Caffeine (Natural)
Caffeine is a naturally occurring central nervous system (CNS) stimulant and is the most widely taken stimulant globally. It also increases the circulation of chemicals such as cortisol and adrenaline in the body. The primary goal of caffeine consumption is to combat fatigue and drowsiness, but there are many additional uses like mental alertness, headache, migraine, athletic performance & memory. Caffeine can also act like a “water pill” that increases urine flow. Caffeine is most commonly sourced from the coffee bean but is naturally found in the leaves and fruits of some plants, black and green tea, cacao & guarana plants.
